Terms of Service
These terms govern access to Eve, a managed memory infrastructure service operated by Jigawatt Corp.
Last updated: June 18, 2026
Using Eve
Eve is managed memory infrastructure for AI agents. You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in line with the access rights granted to your account or organization.
You are responsible for users, API keys, connected agents, prompts, memory content, and actions performed through your workspace.
Accounts and access
You must keep credentials, API keys, OAuth tokens, and tenant access controls secure. If you believe access has been compromised, rotate keys and notify us promptly.
We may suspend access to protect Eve, your workspace, other users, or the service infrastructure.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit to Eve. You grant Jigawatt Corp. permission to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
Do not submit content you do not have permission to process, or content that requires special handling unless your workspace agreement and configuration support it.
Acceptable use
Do not use Eve to break laws, violate privacy rights, attack systems, bypass access controls, distribute malware, spam, or intentionally overload the service.
Do not rely on Eve as the sole system for emergency response, regulated decisioning, or legally required recordkeeping unless covered by a separate written agreement.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Eve reliable, but the service may change, degrade, or be unavailable during maintenance, incidents, provider outages, or beta-stage changes.
Features may be added, removed, or changed as Eve evolves. Material changes to these terms will be reflected on this page.
Disclaimers and liability
Eve is provided as-is to the maximum extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee that retrieved memories, generated answers, or integrations will be complete, accurate, or fit for every use case.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Jigawatt Corp. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
